Coastal Archaeology and Climate Change in the 21st Century. As sea level rises, erosion is affecting coastal heritage and archaeological sites, a worldwide issue that disproportionally impacts Indigenous communities. In this virtual talk, Arthur Anderson, an assistant teaching professor at the University of New England, explains how archaeologists are responding to the rapid destruction of Maine’s important coastal archaeological sites.
