| This course enhances your ability to lead successful change initiatives by addressing common challenges, managing resistance, and building commitment. Learn the ACT model, effective communication strategies, and data-driven approaches to implement, sustain, and evaluate change, ensuring long-term organizational readiness and cultural integration for future transitions. Instructor Bio: Koriahn D. Quint, CEBS has been in the insurance and financial services industry since the age of 19. She loves helping employers attract and retain quality talent, and maintain a thriving, engaged team through effective education and communication regarding employee benefit programs. Koriahn began instructing during her tenure with Kennebunk Savings Bank. She will work with you to develop the skills to be your best at work. A native Mainer, she lives in Wells with her husband Bob and son Bobby. She also has a grown daughter, Briauna. In her spare time, she loves learning new things, finding “life hacks,” spending time with family and entertaining friends. |
